Innovative and Ergonomic Design - Rugged and secure locking restraint secures 9555 in cradle in any environment. Swivel mount has small footprint for installation.
Enhanced Smart Dial - includes ground-breaking safety and problem-solving features. The only docking station able to detect the proper format for the country being dialed and to place a call once the number is entered. Smart Dialing eliminates the superfluous "00" IDD code (no more international dialing sequence).
Specific audio tones alert the user when satellite is out of sight or signal strength is low. The Smart Dial indicates when there is an error, and how to correct the error.
ASE Privacy Handset - Small, lightweight and securely latched, this corded handset is always ready for use. The easy to read graphics display provides instant status and operational information. This handset offers a convenient wall-mount and audio enhancement circuitry to provide excellent voice quality.
Status Indicators - Large icons enable status viewing from up to 25 feet combined with the Iridium handset's graphic display for set-up, troubleshooting, programming and operation.
Simple Installation Electronics - Inclusive cradle means no extra components making installation simple and uncluttered.
Indoor/Outdoor Dock - Use the Iridium phone in our docking station to access satellite communication indoors. For outdoor use, undock the satellite phone and take it with you - fully charged and ready to go.
